As I finish my PhD in Educational Leadership Administration, I have become fascinated how Higher Education, technology, and cross-cultural preparation can improve your success for professional and/or academic purposes. As a university Graduate Assistant, Instructor and researcher, I specialize in: educational leadership, education and society, cross-cultural adaptation, how to increase publication rates, improve professional competitiveness, Nevada school law and ethics, teacher preparation and development. Through evidence-based instructional models, I plan to improve professional development programs. The reason I work and specialize in higher education is because I am a lifelong learner and want to promote that interest in other people.
